Q. How can I customize my keyboard such as changing the colors or reprogramming keys?

A. Our keyboards can be programmed using the software VIA. You can download the software here. Simply plug in the keyboard and start programming!

Q. Why is shipping so expensive?

A. Unfortunately, we do not control shipping prices. We use the shipping rates set by shipping couriers.

Q. My package got lost, will ProKeys refund me?

A. ProKeys is not liable for a lost package. We can work with you to find the package; however, we will not provide any refunds if the package is lost in transit.
